With every purchase of full-priced items, you earn points that can be redeemed on future purchases. Based on the total number of points you collect, you can reduce the value of your future purchases and enjoy an additional discount. One point equals one euro (€1). The number of points you earn depends on the total value of your purchases. The value of each individual purchase is accumulated, and as your total spending increases, so does the percentage of points you earn.

The value of all your purchases is accumulated and contributes to increasing your points earning rate. However, points are earned only on purchases of full-priced items.

There are two earning periods during which you can increase your points earning rate and collect points for future purchases. The earning periods are: March 1 – August 31 September 1 – February 28 At the end of each earning period, your total purchase value is reset, and you begin accumulating purchases again for the next earning period. While your accumulated purchase value is reset, your membership tier (points earning rate) is carried over into the next earning period. This means you will continue to earn points at the same rate on every purchase of full-priced items until the end of the current earning period. Your membership tier will be recalculated at the beginning of the following earning period based on the total value of your purchases made during the previous earning period.

The point redemption period is not limited to the earning periods. Although your total purchase value is reset at the end of each earning period, the points earned during the previous period remain available for redemption. You can redeem your points starting from the day after your purchase and up to two years from the date of your last purchase made during that earning period. There is no limit to the number of points you can redeem in a single purchase. You are not required to use all of your available points at once and may choose to redeem only a portion of your points.
