These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase form an integral part of the Sales Agreement concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.
Ordering
To order products from the online store offer, it is necessary to follow these steps:
- Familiarization with the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, information about the Seller, the right to unilateral termination of the Agreement, the form used for unilateral termination of the Agreement, and all rights and obligations of the Buyer, all of which are clearly stated on the Seller’s website;

Registration
Registration is completed only once, and every subsequent time you simply enter your email address and password, which the system automatically recognizes. Registration is free of charge and is completed by selecting the “My Account” option, and then under the text “New user?” selecting “Register via email”. You are required to provide your email address, first and last name, residential address for order delivery, telephone number through which we may contact you regarding order confirmation, as well as a password used for accessing your account after registration. In order to register, you must also read the Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Statement and agree to them by checking the corresponding box. After submitting your data, you will receive an automatic email containing a registration confirmation link. By clicking the link in the email, a page will open where you enter your email address and password and access your account by clicking the “Login” button.

Finding the Products You Wish to Purchase
Products are organized by categories. Once you find the product you wish to buy, click the “Choose size” button and then click “Add to cart”.
Entering Delivery, Payment, and Shipping Information
Once you have finished adding products to the cart and wish to place an order, select the “Cart” option where all selected products will be displayed. If you change your mind regarding any product, you may remove it from the cart or change the quantity.
By clicking the “Continue order” button, you will be offered options for selecting the payment method, shipping method, and delivery address, which may differ from the address provided during registration.
Delivery address information is the information where you want the shipment delivered, therefore we kindly ask you to provide all details as accurately as possible so that couriers can easily locate you. Incorrectly entered information may result in returned shipments and delayed delivery.
Your shipment will be delivered via courier service. Payment can be made by cash on delivery or payment card.
Review, Confirmation, and Tracking of the Order
Before confirming your order, you may review all details once again. If you agree, select the “Order now” option, thereby creating the order. Prior to order confirmation, it is necessary to read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase. Immediately after order confirmation, an order summary will be sent to your registration email address.
The Seller shall inform the Buyer within 3 to 5 business days about the availability of the order and the possibility of delivering the goods. During seasonal sales periods, due to increased workload, deviations from the stated timeframe may occur.
The Seller shall make every effort to verify the availability of ordered products as soon as possible. If all purchase conditions are fulfilled, the Seller shall send an order confirmation to the email address provided by the Buyer during registration, thereby accepting the offer to conclude the Agreement. The Agreement shall be considered concluded once the Seller informs the Buyer about the order status and delivery time of the ordered products.
If the Seller is unable to provide the ordered product, the Buyer will be informed by email that the product is no longer available and the order has been canceled. In that case, the Agreement shall not be concluded.
Product prices are clearly displayed on the Seller’s website. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, as well as to add or remove any product from the offer at any time.
Payment
All prices on the website are displayed inclusive of VAT.
www.psfashion.com supports the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery – payment is made directly to the courier upon receipt of the shipment. Payment is accepted exclusively in cash.
- Payment cards – the Buyer may pay using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or American Express cards issued by domestic banks.
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD).
For informational display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion according to the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, slight differences from the original price displayed on our website may occur.
