- Deliveries are carried out by an independent courier service and are available only within Bosnia and Herzegovina. Payment is made cash on delivery.
- The delivery fee is 11 BAM. Orders with a total value exceeding 100 BAM qualify for free delivery.
- Customers may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving the goods.
- Customers may return the goods or withdraw from the sales contract within 15 days of receiving the goods.
- The warranty period for submitting a product complaint is 2 years.
