Ordering products by phone means that you are familiar with and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase:

    - All prices displayed on the website include VAT.
    - Deliveries are carried out by an independent courier service and are available only within the territory of Serbia. Payment is made by cash on delivery.
    - Delivery costs amount to 350 RSD. If the value of the purchased items exceeds 5,990 RSD, delivery is free of charge.
    - The customer may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
    - The customer may return the goods or terminate the Sales Agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
    - The complaint period for goods is 2 years.
