Complaints

If you wish to submit a complaint regarding a product purchased from us, you may do so within 2 (two) years from the date of purchase.

To submit a complaint, it is important that you retain your fiscal receipt, the payment slip if the purchase was made by card, or any other proof confirming that the purchase was made at a Tesoro d.o.o. Bijeljina retail store.

You will receive a response to your complaint within 8 (eight) days from the date the complaint is submitted.

If the Complaints Review Committee determines that the complaint is justified, we may repair the defect, replace the product with another item, offer an appropriate price reduction, or issue a refund in accordance with the original proof of purchase.

You will receive a written decision explaining the outcome of your complaint.
