We are PS Fashion Design, a Serbian fashion company with its own production, a developed retail network, and a team of several hundred employees. We continuously develop our business and improve our processes, which is why we are looking to expand our finance team.

We are looking for a person who will lead the accounting team, improve processes, ensure the accuracy of financial reports, and contribute to the company’s stable and responsible financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and managing the accounting team.
• Monitoring and applying accounting and tax regulations.
• Preparing financial reports and analyses.
• Controlling bookkeeping and financial documentation.
• Cooperating with external institutions and auditors.
• Improving accounting and financial processes.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in the same or similar positions.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
• Analytical thinking, responsibility, and precision.
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of accounting software and Excel.
