When filling out the form, you are required to provide the following accurate personal data: full name, residential address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and occupation, whereby the date of birth and occupation are not mandatory information.

The above-mentioned data is collected and processed for the purpose of issuing a PREMIUM card, informing members of the P.S. PREMIUM CLUB about the status of their PREMIUM card, benefits, opportunities to shop at preferential prices through the website: www.psfashion.com/rs/en/, in retail stores of P.S. FASHION DESIGN d.o.o. Čačak, as well as in partner stores, the list of which is available at: www.psfashion.com/rs/en/premium-club/premium-club-prodajna-mesta/, about new collections, seasonal promotions, sales, as well as all other promotional activities and discounts, and for preparing and sending regular or personalized offers.

When making purchases using the PREMIUM card, P.S. FASHION DESIGN d.o.o. Čačak also collects and processes data related to individual purchases made by members of the P.S. PREMIUM CLUB (e.g. membership information, purchased items, prices, date and place of purchase, payment method, and benefits used during the purchase), for the purpose of enabling the benefits provided to P.S. PREMIUM CLUB members, creating personalized offers, monitoring customer behavior, improving the products and services provided by P.S. FASHION DESIGN d.o.o. Čačak, handling complaints, and resolving other potential issues.

P.S. FASHION DESIGN d.o.o. Čačak processes the personal data of P.S. PREMIUM CLUB members for the above-mentioned purposes exclusively on the basis of the consent given by completing the application form for joining the P.S. PREMIUM CLUB.

In relation to the processing of their personal data, members of the P.S. PREMIUM CLUB have the following rights at all times: the right of access (the right to receive information regarding the purpose of processing, categories of personal data processed, recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data has been or will be disclosed, and the envisaged retention period, as well as the right to request a copy of the personal data being processed); the right to rectification and/or completion; the right to erasure; the right to object to P.S. If members of the P.S. P.S. FASHION DESIGN d.o.o. Čačak stores the personal data of P.S. PREMIUM CLUB members for the entire duration of their membership in the P.S. PREMIUM CLUB. Upon termination of membership in the P.S. PREMIUM CLUB, P.S. FASHION DESIGN d.o.o. Čačak undertakes to delete the personal data of the member.
