The PREMIUM card program of the P.S. PREMIUM CLUB is organized by “P.S. Fashion Design” d.o.o. Čačak. Members of the P.S. PREMIUM CLUB are obliged to comply with the terms and conditions prescribed by these Rules. The Rules are available in all retail stores as well as on the website www.psfashion.com/rs/en/premium-club/pravilnik/ for the entire duration of their validity.

Any amendment to the Rules shall become valid and applicable starting from the 8th (eighth) day following the publication of such amendments, the publication date of which will be indicated at the end of the Rules. The Organizer reserves the right to specify, amend, or supplement the provisions of these Rules at any time during their validity.

The P.S. PREMIUM CLUB PREMIUM card issuance program is organized and conducted within the territory of Serbia, on the website https://www.psfashion.com/rs/en/premium-club/registracija/, in all retail stores of “P.S. Fashion Design” d.o.o. Čačak, as well as in partner stores, the list of which is available at: www.psfashion.com/rs/en/premium-club/premium-club-prodajna-mesta/ . In the case of online registration, the card will be sent to the address specified in the P.S. PREMIUM CLUB APPLICATION FORM.

Any individual over the age of 18 may become a member of the P.S. PREMIUM CLUB and a holder of a PREMIUM card.
A legal entity cannot be the holder of a PREMIUM card. Employees of “P.S. Fashion Design” d.o.o. Čačak cannot become members of the P.S. PREMIUM CLUB or holders of a PREMIUM card.
The PREMIUM card contains the number of points earned through previous purchases.
One point is equal to one Serbian dinar, and based on the total number of points, the holder may request a reduction of the purchase price when buying goods in the Organizer’s retail stores, as well as in partner stores listed at: www.psfashion.com/rs/en/premium-club/premium-club-prodajna-mesta/ .
The maximum number of points that can be used in a single purchase is equal to the total invoice amount reduced by 1 dinar.
The value of the final invoice, as well as the value of each individual item on the invoice after the discount is applied, may not be lower than 1 dinar.
All purchases made within one accounting period are accumulated, and depending on the growth of the total purchase value, the PREMIUM customer advances through membership tiers with different percentages.
The membership tier determines the number of points the customer earns when purchasing non-discounted items.
The card cannot be exchanged for cash. The card may only be used personally by its holder. For the purpose of recording purchases and earning points used to reduce the purchase price in retail stores, the PREMIUM card holder must present the card to the salesperson during purchases in retail stores.
During online purchases, the system recognizes the customer based on the email address provided in the P.S. PREMIUM CLUB APPLICATION FORM, provided that the same email address is also used when creating a user account on the website (for online purchases) at: https://www.psfashion.com/rs/en/registration/registracija/?no_cache=1.
 In case of uncertainty regarding the email address provided in the above-mentioned form, or if there is a need to change it, a request should be sent to: korisnickapodrska@ps.rs. The PREMIUM card holder earns points both through purchases made in retail stores and purchases made on the website; however, reduction of the purchase price can currently only be exercised when shopping in retail stores.
Regarding the collection of points through online purchases — purchases become visible on the PREMIUM card only after 20 days from the date of purchase, due to the customer’s right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within that period in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
The date on which the purchase is recorded determines the accounting period to which the purchase amount and earned points belong. If purchases made by PREMIUM CLUB members are still not recorded on the PREMIUM card after the expiration of the above-mentioned 20-day period, members may contact: korisnickapodrska@ps.rs. All purchases made using the PREMIUM card can be tracked through the online user account on the website.

The holder of a PREMIUM card is entitled to numerous benefits, including the opportunity to shop at preferential prices in all retail stores listed at: www.psfashion.com/rs/en/premium-club/premium-club-prodajna-mesta/ . Members of the PREMIUM CLUB, should they wish so, will be among the first to receive notifications from “P.S. Fashion Design” d.o.o. Čačak regarding new collections, seasonal promotions and sales, as well as all other promotional activities. All purchases made within one accounting period are accumulated, and depending on the increase in the total purchase value, the PREMIUM customer advances through membership tiers with different percentages. The membership tier determines the number of points the customer earns when purchasing non-discounted items.

“P.S. Fashion Design” d.o.o. Čačak reserves the right to change the terms of use of the PREMIUM card, the conditions for earning points, the membership tier thresholds, the duration of the accounting period, as well as to completely terminate this program. Members of the PREMIUM CLUB will be informed in a timely manner about any such changes.

You may request withdrawal from membership in the P.S. PREMIUM CLUB by sending an e-mail (in free form) to korisnickapodrska@ps.rs. In the event of loss or destruction of your PREMIUM card, you are required to notify P.S. FASHION DESIGN d.o.o. Čačak by sending an e-mail (in free form) to korisnickapodrska@ps.rs, whereby you may request the issuance of a new card.
If the request is not sent from the e-mail address specified in the P.S. PREMIUM CLUB APPLICATION FORM, it is necessary to provide the following information: full name, address, city, phone number, and e-mail address, in order for “P.S. Fashion Design” d.o.o. Čačak to successfully identify you and process your request as quickly as possible. Any potential disputes arising between the Organizer and participants shall be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent court in Čačak.
