If you wish to file a complaint regarding an item purchased from us, the deadline for doing so is 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. It is very important that you possess the fiscal receipt, the card payment slip if the goods were paid for by card, or any other proof that the purchase was made in a P.S. Fashion Design DOO Čačak retail store.
You will receive a response to your complaint within 8 (eight) days from the date the complaint was submitted.
If the complaints review commission determines that there are justified reasons to accept the complaint, we may repair the defect on the item, or you may choose another item as a replacement. You may also receive a discount for the complained item, or a refund may be issued according to the attached receipt. A written explanation regarding the complaint decision will be provided to you.
In the case of a product complaint and refund for payments made online using payment cards, P.S. Fashion processes refunds through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods, meaning that the bank will, upon our request, transfer the funds back to the cardholder’s account.
If the non-conformity appears within 6 months from the date the risk was transferred to the consumer, it may be presumed that the non-conformity existed at the time the risk was transferred to the consumer.
We, as the retailer, bear all costs necessary to bring the goods into conformity with the contract, especially the costs of labor, materials, collection, and delivery.
As the seller, we are obliged to issue the customer a written confirmation or provide electronic confirmation of receipt of the complaint, including the reference number under which the complaint has been recorded in the complaints register.
