Registration is completed only once, and every following time you simply enter your email address and password, which the system automatically recognizes. Registration is free of charge and is done by selecting the “My Account” option. On the right side, below the text “New user?”, select the option “Register via email”. You will need to provide your email address, first and last name, residential address for delivery of your orders, phone number through which we can contact you to confirm your order, as well as a password that you will use to access your account after registration. In order to complete the registration, you must also read the Privacy Policy and check the box confirming your agreement with it. After entering your information, you will receive an automatic email containing a link to confirm your registration. By clicking the link in the email, a page will open where you enter your email address and password, and access your account by clicking the “Login” button.

If you are already registered, you can access your account by clicking on the “My Account” option, where you enter your email address and the password you provided during registration into the fields on the left side.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” option located below the fields for entering your email address and password. A field will appear where you can enter the email address to which you would like to receive the password reset link. After that, follow the instructions provided in the email.

You choose the delivery address during the second step of the purchase process. When you enter the cart and click on “Continue order”, fields with your personal information entered during registration, as well as shipping and payment details, will appear. If you leave the checkbox next to “Send to the above address” checked, located at the bottom left of your personal information section, the order will be shipped to the address you provided during registration. If you wish to change the address, uncheck the box to disable shipping to the previously entered address, and new fields for entering the updated information will appear. On the right side, you select the shipping and payment methods by choosing your preferred payment option: “Cash on delivery” or “Payment by card”, and for shipping, select the “Courier delivery service” option.

After filling in your information and selecting the shipping and payment methods, proceed to the third step by clicking on “Review your information”. If any information is incorrect, use the “Back” option to return to the previous step and update the necessary details. Then select “Review your information” again, check the box next to “I accept the terms and conditions of purchase”, and choose the “Order now” option. After that, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully submitted.

If you have not received the order confirmation email, first check whether you entered the correct email address in the registration form. If the email address is correct, please check your Junk or Spam folder, as well as the folder related to promotions. If those folders are also empty, please contact us via the provided email address.

You can expect a confirmation call regarding your order within 3 to 5 business days after completing the order, excluding weekends. During sale periods, due to an increased workload, there may be delays compared to the stated timeframe.

The day before delivery, you will receive an email notification informing you that your order will be delivered the following day. On the day of delivery, the courier service employee will contact you to confirm the delivery time. If you are unable to receive the item, it will remain with the courier service, with whom you can arrange delivery for the next day. If they are unable to reach you or if a new delivery time is not arranged, the item will be returned.

Replacement, return and complaint

You may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. An exchange may refer to a size exchange or an exchange for a different model. In the case of an exchange, you should send the goods together with the completed Exchange Form. The goods must be returned without damage and without signs of use. Otherwise, we are not obligated to process the exchange. The customer bears the exchange costs. The item selected for exchange must have the same or a higher value than the item being exchanged, with an additional payment if necessary. After an online purchase, exchanging for the appropriate size of the same item is also possible in retail stores owned by the company, provided that the desired item is available in that store at the time of the customer’s visit. An exchange for a different item or a return cannot be processed through a retail store. During holiday discount periods and seasonal sales, only refunds are available. Please send the goods together with the completed Withdrawal from Contract Statement.

You may return items within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. In the case of a return, you are required to complete the Withdrawal from Contract Statement and send it together with the item you wish to return. The goods must be returned without damage and without signs of use. Otherwise, we are not obligated to refund the received purchase amount. The customer bears the return costs. In the case of returning perfumes, the item must be returned unopened, without damage, and without any signs of use.

You may file a complaint regarding items within 2 years from the date of purchase. In the case of a complaint, please send the item together with the completed Product Complaint Form. More detailed information regarding complaint conditions can be found in the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase. The item you wish to complain about may be sent via the Bex courier service. The company bears the complaint shipping costs. If the item has been mechanically damaged during package opening, the complaint will not be accepted. You will receive a response to your complaint within 8 (eight) days from the date of submitting the complaint. The validity of the complaint request is determined by the competent complaint resolution commission. If the Consumer provides incorrect address or phone number information either in the complaint receipt confirmation or in the complaint form, and due to this the Seller is unable to notify the Consumer about the complaint response or complete the complaint procedure within the legally prescribed deadline, the Seller shall not be considered responsible for exceeding the deadline. If the Consumer refuses delivery of the complained item for any reason, the Seller will keep the item for 30 days from the date delivery was attempted or from the date written notice was sent. After that period, the item will be sent for recycling. If non-conformity occurs within 6 months from the date the risk passed to the Consumer, it is presumed that the non-conformity existed at the time the risk was transferred to the Consumer. As the seller, we bear all costs necessary to bring the goods into conformity with the contract, especially labor, material, collection, and delivery costs. As the seller, we are obligated to issue the customer a written confirmation or confirm electronically the receipt of the complaint, including informing the customer of the reference number under which the complaint has been recorded in the complaint records. CONSUMER NOTICE REGARDING THE OBLIGATION TO PARTICIPATE IN OUT-OF-COURT CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION Consumer disputes may be resolved through an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure. As a trader, we are legally obligated to inform you that we are required by law to participate in this procedure. Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is conducted in a transparent, efficient, fast, and fair manner before a body authorized for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.
