This Privacy Policy regulates the purpose and method of processing personal data collected by “P.S. Fashion Design” d.o.o Čačak, as the data controller, from users of the website www.psfashion.com (hereinafter: the Website).

This Privacy Policy applies to the Website and all digital marketing channels connected to it.

In accordance with the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 87/2018, hereinafter: PDPA), the following terms shall have the following meanings:

 - “controller” means a natural or legal person or public authority which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing;

 - “pseudonymization” means processing in such a manner that personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific individual without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and subject to technical, organizational, and personnel measures ensuring that the personal data cannot be attributed to an identified or identifiable person.

“P.S. Fashion Design” d.o.o Čačak manages the processing of personal data voluntarily provided by users while visiting the Website. Depending on the intended purpose of processing, the types of personal data may include: first name, last name, email address, password, residential address, date of birth, gender, occupation, purchase information (payments, purchased products, orders, returns, etc.), and contact information (landline or mobile phone number).

As a rule, “P.S. Fashion Design” d.o.o Čačak collects only the data voluntarily provided by users and necessary for fulfilling the purpose of the specific processing activity.

“P.S. Fashion Design” d.o.o Čačak collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:

 - implementing the PREMIUM CLUB card program;

 - personalizing user experience;

 - improving the Website and adapting content to users’ needs;
